What Lisa does

One of Lisa’s valuable gifts is her ability to clearly see patterns held in the energy body, patterns that form belief systems. Sometimes, these beliefs eventually anchor in the physical body, causing dis-ease or functioning at less than one’s potential.

Lisa calls forth that which is “forgotten” or suppressed and deeply unconscious while she is speaking to the “conscious” person. She tracks every level of subtle communication while providing an environment of deep safety.

She is able to work with you energetically to shift the interface of these thoughts, beliefs, past experiences, history, and current reality that manifest in life experience and in your body itself.

It is these subtle shifts of perception, altered at an unconscious level yet supported by a conscious process, that allow current reality to take a different form. Real, demonstrable shifts in your life result.

There are many healing modalities that benefit a person; Lisa recognizes that each plays a valuable role. She has the ability to work in concert with other healing practitioners in order to help bring a wholeness of healing, an important team player modeling the multidimensional beings that we all are.

What happens in a private healing session

Your session with me is highly individualized according to your needs. We start by talking together. Human communication happens not only through the words we speak, but also on the subtle, non-verbal and subconscious level: I "hear" deeply and intuitively and "tune in" to you.

I may ask you questions based on my intuitive sense as we are gently guided, together, to the deeper source of the dis-ease, whether mental, emotional or physical. As we talk, or often during periods of silence, I am able to identify and clear stuck energetic patterns, thus freeing you to move more gracefully toward clarity and healing. You are always involved in the process and free to speak your experience out loud or remain quiet, experiencing your process privately.

Often you will be seated in a chair across from me throughout the session. Sometimes you may want to lie down on the massage table to more deeply relax, so I recommend wearing comfortable clothing to your session.

Before you leave, we will discuss what occurred for you, how you feel, what you have realized. We will identify how you can apply new insights directly to your life for positive movement forward. You leave feeling balanced and grounded.

Lisa' s practice is located in St. Paul, Minnesota. She also practices in the Chicago area four days a month.
